myConvotis ServiceDesk page
1. Start the login process
Please enter your email address. Servicedesk does not work with a convotis/aspectra email. Make sure you have a myConvotis account.
2. Single sign-on
Once you’ve entered your email address, you should see two options. choose the first one: “Continue with single sign-on”
3. myConvotis page
You should be redirected to the myConvotis login page and you can login like normal with your aspectra/convotis email and password.
